Terms & Conditions
1. Only on-day counterfoils of electronic payment in designated amount (credit card, EPS card, Debit Card, Apple Pay interface, Android Pay , Samsung Pay, QuickPass, WeChat Pay, AliPay, and other Stored Value Facilities under the Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance (PSSVFO), including Octopus, Octopus O!ePay, Tap & Go and TNG Wallet etc) machine printed receipt with signed payment slip or related Stored Value Facilities interface are eligible for either promotion.
2. Only original copies of merchants’ machine-printed invoices and electronic payment slips issued by the merchants at Tai Po Mega Mall are accepted. Original copies of merchants’ machine-printed invoices should state the merchant name, branch name / address, invoice / receipt number, invoice date, spending amount and sales item clearly.
3. Spending amount on each receipt must be HK$100 or above. It will be rounded down to the nearest dollar.
4. Each valid receipt can be used to redeem once only. No receipt is allowed to be re-used in conjunction with other redemption in the Promotion.
5. Receipts for the following are not eligible to register for any promotion activities: purchase of parking cards; kiosks, exhibition venues and temporary exhibition booths / Pop Up Stores (this merchant list may change from time to time without prior notice. For details, please contact Customer Service Center) ; tuition, membership or any other monthly fees; the purchase or topping-up of an Octopus, or value-added or payment services; mail, fax, email or phone orders, or online shopping; telecommunication fees or the purchase of calling cards; the purchase of tickets, such as mall event or concert tickets, in particular admission tickets to Ma Wan Park Noah’s Ark or sky 100 Hong Kong Observation Deck; trade-in transactions or product redemptions; the purchase and use of cash coupons, gift cards, or gift certificates, including SHKP Mall Gift Certificates and e-Gift Certificates; membership cards, bonus point cards, discount cards or value-added cards, food coupons including, but not limited to, bakery, mooncake, rice dumpling and Chinese preserved sausage vouchers; the purchase of gold grains, bars or deposits for gold saving club, payments settled by cash; payments with a handwritten, reprinted or photocopied receipt or payment slip; cancelled or returned transactions; or other non-eligible transactions.
6. Separated payment receipts will not be accepted. Payment receipts from the same shop cannot be separated into numerous receipts or invoices for point or reward redemption. Each receipt of payment or transaction can only be used for promotion once and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions in the same mall. If customer presents the receipt of hire purchase, deposit or partial payment, then only the amount pay on the day will be counted for redemption and the remaining unpaid amount will not be accepted for any promotion activities.
7. Staff can request customers to show their payment settlement of credit card, EPS card, debit card, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, QuickPass, WeChat Pay, AliPay or other stored value facilities under the regulatory supervision of the “Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance” (Cap. 584) (including but not limited to Octopus, Octopus O!ePay, Tap & Go and TNG Wallet). Staff shall have the right to request members to present the relevant documents and the proof of identity for verification and confirmation of related transaction.
8. Photos for reference only, subject to the existing products.
9. Please refer to the details of in-mall promotion materials of the activities for the redemption period.
10. Limited daily quotas available on a first-come-first-served basis.
11. Customers should inspect the gift or coupon before redemption procedure is completed. Gift or coupon cannot be cancelled, altered, transferred, refunded or exchanged for cash and gift under any circumstances once it is redeemed.
12. Employees and their family members of Sun Hung Kai Properties, appointed advertising agency, Tai Po Mega Mall staff and all tenants and their family members are not eligible for participation in any lucky draw program, redemption program and promotion activities.
13. Sun Hung Kai Properties and Tai Po Mega Mall shall have no legal liability relating to any aspects of products or services including but not limited to its quality, supply, delivery and maintenance.
14. All fares, offers, contents, advertisements, photographs, etc. are provided by the vendors. Readers should contact the vendors directly for any questions.
15. In case of any disputes, the decision of Sun Hung Kai Properties, Tai Po Mega Mall, participated tenants and contractors reserve the right of revision on all terms and conditions. Programs are subject to change without prior notice.
16. Above terms and conditions apply to all lucky draw program, redemption program and promotion activities unless other statements are particularly enunciated in the promotional materials.
